In Poland he made his debut in 2023 in the U24 Ekstraliga for Gorzów, and also rode for Gniezno (2024) and Piła (2025) before joining Łódź in 2026.[1] In August 2026 he broke his arm in a crash in a match between Łódź and Bydgoszcz.[4]
On 23 June 2024 in Piła he won the bronze medal at the European Under-19 Pairs Championship with Bastian Pedersen.[5] In September 2025 in Plzeň he won the title with Andersen and Pedersen.[6] On 22 May 2026 in Prague he top-scored for Denmark (23+1 points) as they won silver at the Speedway of Nations 2.[7] On 22 August 2026 in Grudziądz he won silver with Denmark at the European Under-24 Team Championship, losing the decisive last heat to Maksymilian Pawełczak.[8][9]
Nagel finished 14th in the 2024 SGP2.[10] In the 2026 SGP2 he finished third in the opening round in Målilla[11], but the arm injury limited him to two programmed rides and one point in the final round in Vojens.[12] He finished ninth with 25 points.[13]
